Shipping and Delivery

1/ How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

You can check delivery time for at each product page before placing the order. Due to the nature of handmade and personalized gift, several products are made to order, they take longer time and this differs with each product.

2/ Are there any shipping charges?

We provide free Shipping for standard delivery within India.

3/ Can I avail the Cash on Delivery option?

Cash on Delivery option is available for most of our products. Products that are customized or made to order must be paid for at the time of placing the order.

4/ What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?

Our logistics partners will make three attempts to deliver your package. If you are not available on all three occasions, it will be returned to the seller. Customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment. Please contact us at mojokartindia@gmail.com for more information.

Returns and Cancellation

1/ Do you accept returns/exchanges over? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent so let us know within 2 days of receiving the product with photo proofs. Create Return request by dropping an email at mojokartindia@gmail.com  or call us at +91 8667727184 / 8489099282. We do not provide return pick-up facility, you must ship the product back to us on your own. Once processed by us, refund takes 10 – 15 business days to reflect in your account..

2/ Are there any shipping charges?

We provide free Shipping for standard delivery within India.

3/ Can I cancel my order?

Order with personalized/customized products won’t be cancelled once processing starts. Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. In case your order is dispatched but yet to be delivered,and is not accepted, the COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.

4/ Can I ask for a partial cancellation of my order?

We do not allow partial cancellation of order. You can fully cancel the order and place a new one. If your order is already dispatched, then you cannot cancel the order. Please check with us at +91 8667727184 / 8489099282.
